Downtown Tipp City Prepares

for Vintage in the Village
Information provided by the Downtown Tipp City Partnership

TIPP CITY - The Downtown Tipp City Partnership is officially announcing the upcoming event, Vintage in the Village. This beloved event will be held Saturday, June 19 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the streets and within the wonderful, bustling shops of downtown Tipp City.

Picturesque downtown Tipp City will come alive with shopping for vintage, antique, handmade, and artisan treasures, along with a wide array of food trucks and activities. This one-day event will enhance the already wonderfully popular offerings of the permanent merchants and restaurants.

Vintage in the Village is a revamped and exhilarating take on the Antique and Artisan Shows of the past several years. Vintage in the Village began in 2019 with wonderful reviews and took 2020 off due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Right now, the VITV committee is looking for interested vendors to be chosen for the event. Interested in being a part of Vintage in the Village in 2021? Email the volunteer committee at tippvintagevillage@gmail.com. 10x10 spots for vendors are available and will be spaced generously for proper social distancing. This event will be the premier vintage and artisan show for the Tipp City and Miami County area each summer.

The committee is grateful to have such a fabulous template to work with from shows in the past and hopes to expand on that each year moving forward. The Vintage in the Village event will be contained on Main Street (State Route 571) in beautiful, historic Downtown Tipp City. Tipp City is in southern Miami County, an easy drive from Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus, Xenia, Springfield, Lima, Greenville and surrounding communities.

We are planning to have a wide variety of vendors. The event as well as the vendors will be promoted via Facebook, Instagram, both print media, as well as TV and radio.

This event is presented by the Downtown Tipp City Partnership. Proceeds benefit the DTCP, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization with a mission to enhance, preserve, and promote downtown Tipp City from the tracks to the canal. It is an officially designated Main Street organization through Heritage Ohio and Main Street America.
