Information and map from the City of Troy
TROY - Two intersections along West Main Street will be reconfigured on Wednesday, July 27, as part of the ongoing West Main Street improvement project. Weather permitting, the closed sections of West Main and Cedar Streets will open by the end of the day on Friday, July 29, with these changes in effect.

Beginning (today), existing stoplights on West Main Street at Cedar and Cherry Streets will be replaced by flashing lights. The lights will flash yellow (caution) on West Main Street and red (stop) on the two side streets. Drivers should use caution when traveling on West Main Street at these two intersections. Drivers should completely stop on Cedar and Cherry Streets before turning onto West Main Street.

The flashing lights are the next step towards removing both stoplights during the reconstruction project, and will be phased out after 90 days.
