Largest Open Floor Plan in Downtown Tipp City is For Sale or Lease
TIPP CITY – A historic building dating to 1882 and containing “the largest open floor space of any building in downtown Tipp City,” is now for sale or lease.
Known locally as the Frings Furniture Building and located at 14 and 16 E. Main St., the owners of the building state in a notice placed on the building that the property “would be a great location for a restaurant, brewery, event center, retail, etc.”  
“This property could also be easily divided into two different storefronts,” the note states, adding that historic building grants are available for the site.
The building is 11,000-square-feet, a full, usable second floor, two large warehouse-style back rooms, very tall ceilings with original tin, a working (State of Ohio inspected) freight elevator, a new roof 15 years ago and more.
The asking price for sale is $450,000. The lease price is TBD.
