Free Events Planned for Juneteenth Celebration in Troy 

TROY - The 2023 Troy Juneteenth Celebration is 1-month away. Thanks to generous donations and support from the community, both the Friday evening and Saturday events will be free and open to the public. All are encouraged to come and participate. Here's what's planned.
