LoDown HoDown Oct. 8 to Benefit Tunnel to Towers Foundation
HUBER HEIGHTS - The LoDown HoDown is a free event that takes place at Rip Rap Roadhouse, 6024 Rip Rap Rd., on October 8 from noon until night. It is a celebration of all things wheels and will include live music from Steve Bonafel & One Iota, Bootleg and Sean Lamb, cars and bikes, vendors, great food and drinks, a 50/50 drawing and raffles. Proceeds from the event benefit the Tunnels to Towers Foundation.
The Tunnels to Towers Foundation has multiple programs they offer including The Foundation’s Smart Home Program which 'Builds mortgage-free smart homes for our most catastrophically injured veterans and first responders.' The Fallen First Responder Home Program pays off the mortgages of fallen law enforcement officers and firefighters killed in the line of duty that leave behind young children and The Gold Star Family Home Program which honors the legacy of those who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. The Foundation will provide a mortgage-free home to surviving spouses with young children.
Camping is welcome at the event and breakfast is available Sunday morning, October 9. For more information on the event click HERE.
